The owners of a potential development site in Whitacre Heath advised me that they were not interested in selling.

In Stratford …

I delivered the 3,500 Housing Needs Survey forms to Southan Town Council.
The forms will be delivered to households in early June with a return date of 30 June 2009.
I attended the Public Consultation Event on the proposal for an affordable housing scheme in Harbury.

I received comments from Warwickshire County Council on 4 potential development sites in Whitacre Heath from a highways perspective.
I wrote to the owners of the 4 potential sites to enquire about the possible sale of the land for affordable housing.

I arranged to meet Fillongley Parish Council on 16 July 2009 to discuss the Housing Needs Survey Report and a site canvassing exercise.
I arranged for some Curdworth Parish Councillors to attend the Public Consultation Event in Middleton on 16 May 2009.

I finalised arrangements for a Housing Needs Survey in Bishop’s Tachbrook Parish.
I finalised arrangements for a Housing Needs Survey in Ashow and Stoneleigh Parishes.
I considered the Rural Area Site Assessments in Warwick DC’s Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment.

I met members of the WRCC’s Work & Project Committee to discuss affordable housing issues.

I completed and issued the Housing Needs Survey Report for Newton Regis, Seckington & No Man’s Heath.
I completed and issued the Housing Needs Survey Report for Fillongley.
I re-visited some potential development sites in Warton with Warwickshire Rural Housing Association and the Architect who is to prepare indicative layouts for further consideration by Polesworth Parish Council.
I met North Warwickshire BC staff to discuss progress on affordable housing in the Borough.

I re-visited some potential development sites in Warton with Warwickshire Rural Housing Association and arranged for the Architect to prepare indicative layouts for further consideration by Polesworth Parish Council.
I also wrote to Warwickshire CC to request initial reactions to the potential development sites from a highways perspective.
I received comments from Warwickshire CC on the highways implications for 4 potential development sites in Curdworth.
