I received draft site layout drawings of a potential development site in Ansley and arranged to attend a Parish Council meeting.

I met Rugby BC staff to discuss potential development sites in Barnacle, Brandon, Brinklow, Willoughby and Wolvey.
I advised Brinklow Parish Council of the reactions to potential development sites and requested contact details of the landowners to make enquiries about the availability of the sites.

In Stratford …

I completed and issued the Housing Needs Survey Report to Coughton Parish Council.
I contacted Snitterfield Parish Clerk to introduce myself and advise of my attendance at an informal meeting of the Parish Council.
We discussed the layout of the proposed affordable housing scheme, the number of units proposed and the local need identified in the Housing Needs Survey. The Parish Council was requested to support the scheme.
I spoke to the owner of a potential development site in Avon Dassett about “gifting” the land to make a scheme of just 3 affordable homes financially viable because of the cost of improving the highway to adoptable standard.
I advised the Parish Council that the landowner was not prepared to do this and requested support for a public site mapping exercise.
I issued the Report and Summary of the Public Consultation Event held in Harbury on 21 May 2009 to the Parish Council.

In Warwick …

The Parish Clerk advised me that Budbrooke Parish Council wants to undertake a Housing Needs Survey.
I gave some advice about the way this can fit alongside a Parish Plan questionnaire and about the likely timescales.
