I met Warwickshire County Council staff to discuss the availability of possible development sites for affordable housing in Bidford and Salford Priors.
I contacted Salford Priors Parish Council requesting support for a site as the preferred option before the Housing Association prepares draft site layout drawings.
I met Warwickshire Rural Housing Association to discuss progress on affordable housing in the District.
I wrote to Temple Grafton Parish Council asking for its reaction to my previous offer to attend a meeting to discuss a Housing Needs Survey as included in the Parish Plan Action Plan 2007.
I met Jephson Housing Association and Napton Parish Council representatives to discuss options for the proposed affordable housing scheme.
I contacted Little Compton Parish Council asking if it had decided how it wishes to proceed with a number of possible development sites for affordable housing in the light of comments from Stratford DC Planners and Warwickshire CC Highways.
I arranged to meet Wootton Wawen Parish Council to discuss undertaking a Housing Needs Survey.
I met Studley Parish Council to discuss undertaking a Housing Needs Survey.
I contacted Langley Parish Council and sent a copy of Policy CTY.5 to confirm that affordable housing would be permitted. I repeated my offer to attend a Parish Council meeting to discuss undertaking a Housing Needs Survey.
I met Stratford DC’s Policy and Development Team to discuss progress on affordable housing in the District.
I made a presentation at Stratford DC’s Rural Housing Enabling Event.
I met Gaydon Parish Council to discuss undertaking a Housing Needs Survey.
