I continued to record the returned questionnaires from the Public Consultation on proposed affordable housing schemes in Bishop’s Itchington and Snitterfield.
I prepared and issued the Report on the Public Consultation on a proposed affordable housing scheme in Snitterfield.
I started to prepare the material for the Public Consultation Drop In Event in Bishop’s Itchington on 7 November 2009.
I wrote to Exhall Parish Council to introduce myself and offer to undertake a Housing Needs Survey as included in the Parish Plan Action Plan.
I also wrote to Temple Grafton Parish Council to introduce myself and offer to undertake a Housing Needs Survey as included in the Parish Plan Action Plan.
I spoke again to the landowner of a possible development site for affordable housing in Sambourne.
I spoke to the Parish Clerk for Ufton Parish Council about my previous offer to undertake a Housing Needs Survey.
I arranged to meet Great Alne Parish Council to discuss undertaking a Housing Needs Survey.
I received comments from Warwickshire County Council Highways about potential sites for affordable housing in Salford Priors.
I visited the sites and advised the Parish Clerk of Highways’ comments, requesting contact details of landowners or a meeting to discuss further.
I accompanied staff from the Commission for Rural Communities on visits to affordable housing schemes in Little Compton, Long Compton and Shipston on Stour.
I met Warwickshire Rural Housing Association to discuss progress on affordable housing in Stratford District.
I responded to Stratford DC’s consultation on its Housing Strategy 2009-2014.
