I arranged to meet Fillongley Parish Council on 16 July 2009 to discuss the Housing Needs Survey Report and a site canvassing exercise.
I arranged for some Curdworth Parish Councillors to attend the Public Consultation Event in Middleton on 16 May 2009.

I wrote to Brandon & Bretford Parish Council pointing out that the owner of the site it wanted to consider has not indicated any willingness to sell the land in the last 6 months.
I also pointed out several concerns about the viability of the site and suggested that full consideration now be given to an alternative site that had been identified.
I was contacted by planning consultants with an available site for affordable housing in Stretton on Dunsmore.
I advised them that, if the Parish Council wish to undertake a site canvassing exercise to meet the identified need, the site will then be considered.
I met Wolston Parish Councillors on 23 April 2009 to identify potential development sites for affordable housing.

I attended the Local Strategic Partnership Housing Key Group meeting.

I met Warwickshire Rural Housing Association to discuss progress on affordable housing across the County.
