After a holiday I received comments from Stratford DC Planners and Warwickshire CC Highways on the suitability of a potential development site for affordable housing in Broom.
I advised a Little Compton resident to register an interest in affordable housing with Stratford DC’s Home Choice Plus scheme.
I discussed with a prospective developer the potential provision of an affordable home on a site in Ettington Parish.
I discussed with the Chair of Wellesbourne Parish Plan Task Force the process for undertaking a Housing Needs Survey. The Task Force will discuss this further and offer suitable dates to attend a meeting to consider further.
I contacted Dorsington Parish Council for an update on its attempts to identify suitable land for an affordable housing scheme and offered to evaluate the sites.
I arranged to meet the landowner of a potential development site for affordable housing in Edgehill together with the agent and Housing Association.
I was advised by Great Wolford Parish Council that there was not sufficient interest to undertake a Housing Needs Survey.
I contacted Studley Parish Council for an update on its considerations on undertaking a Housing Needs Survey.
I completed and issued the Housing Needs Survey Report for Marston Sicca.
I discussed options for site canvassing with the Chairman of Burton Dassett Parish Council for further consideration at its meeting in July 2010.
I contacted Butlers Marston Parish Council to discuss my offer to undertake a Housing Needs Survey.
I met Stratford DC and partner Housing Associations to discuss future models of shared ownership affordable housing.
I finalised arrangements to meet Little Compton Parish Council to discuss a possible affordable housing scheme.
I started preparations for a Public Consultation Event on the proposed affordable housing scheme in Ilmington.
I started to analyse the Housing Needs Survey forms from Preston on Stour and to prepare the Report of the results.
