I met Middleton Parish Council to discuss the outcome of the recent Public Consultation Event.
I will now investigate 7 potential development sites with the landowners, North Warwickshire BC Planners and Warwickshire CC Highways.

In Rugby …

I received comments from Warwickshire County Council from a Highways perspective about a potential development site in Brandon.
I visited a potential development site in Wolston with staff from Rugby BC who will make internal enquiries about its suitability for affordable housing.

In Stratford …

I updated the landowner of a possible development site for affordable housing in Napton of the current position.
I discussed the Highways issues of a possible development site in Brailes with the landowner.
I telephoned the Clerk to Brailes Parish Council to introduce myself and explain the current position.
I wrote to Great Alne Parish Council to introduce myself and, as the Parish Plan includes undertaking a Housing Needs Survey, offering to explain the process in more detail.
I met Orbit Heart of England Housing Association with Warwickshire Rural Housing Association and Stratford on Avon DC to discuss affordable housing schemes in Bearley and Snitterfield.
I was approached by the landowner of a potential development site for affordable housing in Gaydon.
I requested clarification from Stratford on Avon DC for support for an affordable housing scheme based on the combined needs identified from the Housing Needs Survey of June 2006 and Waiting List information.
I arranged to attend a meeting of Fenny Compton Parish Council to present and discuss the first layout drawing for an affordable housing scheme.

In Warwick …

I received comments from Warwickshire CC about the Highways implications for potential development sites in Barford.

I edited an article for WRCC’s “Country Matters” magazine.
