In North Warwickshire …

Having been approached by the owners of potential development site in Piccadilly, I wrote to Kingsbury Parish Council advising it of the site and encouraging a Housing Needs Survey.
I issued a Report to Middleton Parish Council of the Public Consultation Event recommending further investigation of some potential development sites.
I sent a copy of the Report to Curdworth Parish Council encouraging it to hold a similar Event to identify potential development sites for affordable housing.

In Rugby …

I received approval from Brandon & Bretford Parish Council to approach the owners of a potential site for affordable housing about the possible sale of the land.
I wrote to the owners and also requested initial reactions to the site from Rugby BC and Warwickshire CC from a planning and highways perspective.

In Stratford …

I started to prepare a Report for Harbury Parish Council of the comments made at the Public Consultation Event on the development of affordable and local market housing in Bush Heath Lane.
I met staff at Stratford-on-Avon District Council to discuss progress on affordable housing issues in the District.

In Warwick …

I delivered the Housing Needs Survey forms to Ashow & Stoneleigh Parish Council. The forms will be delivered to households in early June with a return date of 3 July 2009.
