I provided comments to Stratford DC on the Parish Plans for Ladbroke and Wootton Wawen.
I discussed with the Housing Association progress on acquiring the proposed sites for affordable housing schemes in Welford on Avon and Napton.
I arranged to meet Langley Parish Council to explain the process for undertaking a Housing Needs Survey.
I met Warwickshire Rural Housing Association to discuss progress on affordable housing in the District.
I met Brailes Parish Council to present the revised layout and elevations for the proposed affordable housing scheme and make arrangements for a Public Consultation Event.
I attended Warwickshire Housing Practitioners’ Workshop on Rural Housing Delivery in Practice.
I advised Long Itchington Parish Council that the scheme will now include shared ownership homes in accordance with the original Housing Needs Survey.
I updated Bidford on Avon Parish Council on comments received on a potential development site for affordable housing received from Warwickshire CC Highways and Stratford DC Planners.
I spoke to Whichford Parish Council about finalising arrangements for a Housing Needs Survey.
I advised Stratford DC and the Housing Association that Bearley Parish Council is finalising the contract details for the purchase of land on which to relocate play equipment. Both parties will now pursue the transfer of Stratford DC-owned land required for the proposed affordable housing scheme.
I met the Housing Association and Stratford DC to discuss the proposed affordable housing scheme in Snitterfield.
I completed and issued the Housing Needs Survey Report for Preston on Stour.
