Following the meeting with Dorsington Parish Council on 27 August 2009 I sent it a more detailed (but anonymous) breakdown of the local connections of the respondents in need of affordable housing.
I sent Long Itchington Parish Council an update on progress of the proposed affordable housing scheme.
I spoke to the owner of a possible site for an affordable housing scheme in Avon Dassett to clarify the site location and confirm access rights.
I requested initial reactions to the site from Stratford DC Planners and Warwickshire CC Highways.
I also notified the Parish Council of developments.
I gave details of a possible site for affordable housing to Tanworth in Arden Parish Council.
I completed and issued the Southam Housing Needs Survey Report.
I agreed the final version of a questionnaire to be used by Snitterfield Parish Council to assess the community’s views on a proposed affordable housing scheme.
I discussed an existing project (new signs and road markings) to reduce traffic speeds in Sutton Lane with the Clerk to Brailes Parish Council.
I requested Warwickshire CC Highways if it was possible to extend the project to include a change in the 30 mph speed limit that would overcome concerns about visibility from a possible site for an affordable housing scheme.
I advised the landowner that Highways have requested the removal of a further 10 metres of hedge to attain required visibility splays.
I discussed the suitability of a site for affordable housing in Ettington with the owner’s agent.
I attended the Public Consultation Event on the proposed affordable housing scheme in Fenny Compton.
