I received comments from Warwickshire County Council on 4 potential development sites in Whitacre Heath from a highways perspective.
I wrote to the owners of the 4 potential sites to enquire about the possible sale of the land for affordable housing.

I contacted the owner of a potential development site in Long Itchington to suggest a meeting with Warwickshire Rural Housing Association to make introductions and to discuss the next steps.
I also contacted the Clerk to Long Itchington Parish Council to introduce myself.
I spoke to the proposed developer of an affordable housing scheme in Snitterfield about arranging a meeting with the Parish Council to discuss options for the scheme and the content of a Public Consultation Event.
I wrote to Burton Dassett Parish Council advising of the possible availability of a site for affordable housing and encouraging Housing Needs Survey. 
I started preparations for the Public Consultation Event in Harbury on 21 May 2009.
I continued to read the Stratford-on-Avon District Local Plan Review 1996-2011 and Supplementary Planning Documents to understand the policies in operation in the District.
