In North Warwickshire …

I completed and issued the Housing Needs Survey Report for Newton Regis, Seckington & No Man’s Heath.
I completed and issued the Housing Needs Survey Report for Fillongley.
I re-visited some potential development sites in Warton with Warwickshire Rural Housing Association and the Architect who is to prepare indicative layouts for further consideration by Polesworth Parish Council.
I met North Warwickshire BC staff to discuss progress on affordable housing in the Borough.

In Rugby …

Following receipt of the Birdingbury Parish Plan I wrote to the Parish Council advising it that 3 respondents to the Housing Needs Survey discounted in the original Report now satisfy Rugby BC’s revised definition of local connection bringing the identified local need to 7 new homes.
I also reminded the Parish Council that several potential development sites have already been brought forward and offered to assist the Parish Council in addressing the recommendation in the Parish Plan to “explore how to reflect the support for limited small developments within the village that meet identified local needs”.
I met Stretton-on-Dunsmore Parish Council to discuss two potential development sites for affordable housing.

In Warwick …

I attended the Housing Strategy Steering Group meeting.

I attended the Rural Housing Enabler Steering Group meeting.
