I delivered the Housing Needs Survey forms to Studley Parish Council.
I notified Bishop’s Itchington Parish Council of comments received from Warwickshire CC Highways and Stratford DC Planners on the suitability of potential alternative development sites for affordable housing.
Following the Parish Council meeting, I requested clarification from Stratford DC Planners on the reasons for not supporting one alternative site.
I requested the Housing Association to evaluate two alternative sites.
I was originally advised by Stratford DC Planners that Bearley Parish Council did not require planning permission for its new play area, but was later advised that planning permission is required and that the Parish Council will be notified.
I met the agent for the landowner and the Housing Association to discuss the possibility of bringing forward a Local Choice scheme on a site in Southam proposed for housing in Stratford DC’s Core Strategy.
I attended the Public Consultation Event on the proposed affordable housing scheme in Brailes.
I prepared and issued a Report of the Public Consultation Event to the Parish Council.
I wrote to Chesterton & Kingston Parish Council offering to undertake a Housing Needs Survey.
I contacted Lighthorne Parish Council offering to undertake a Housing Needs Survey.
I wrote to Whichford Parish Council to finalise arrangements for a Housing Needs Survey.
I wrote to Newbold Pacey & Ashorne Parish Council offering to undertake a Housing Needs Survey.
I provided Quinton Parish Council with publicity material for the Public Consultation Event on the proposed affordable housing scheme.
I issued the Minutes for last week’s meeting of the Warwickshire Rural Housing Enabler Project Steering Group.
