Following a week’s holiday, I met representatives of Fenny Compton Parish Council to discuss the proposed drainage strategy for an affordable housing development.
I forwarded information to Stratford DC Planners about the lack of suitable brownfield sites in Fenny Compton.
I received confirmation from Stratford DC Planners that the proposed affordable housing scheme in Long Itchington is now ready for public consultation.
I requested suitable dates for a Public Consultation Event from the Parish Council.
I provided Bishop’s Itchington Parish Council with further information on the findings of the Housing Needs Survey.
I liaised with the Housing Association on progress on proposed affordable housing schemes in Bearley and Snitterfield.
I contacted Wootton Wawen Parish Council for an update on the Parish Plan Open Morning and for further thoughts on undertaking a Housing Needs Survey.
I contacted Ufton Parish Council for an update on its consideration of undertaking a Housing Needs Survey.
I prepared a Progress Report on Housing Activity in Rural Areas for Stratford DC’s Housing Advisory Panel.
I attended the Public Consultation Event on a proposed affordable housing scheme in Napton.
